  • Is your meat locally sourced?

    All of the meat sold on our website is sourced locally from farmers in Kent, wholesalers as well and Smithfield Meat Market.
  • Is all the meat on your website fresh and has it been frozen?

    Everything sold to you on our website is fresh, it will all be freshly prepared on the day of packaging for delivery or collection.  
  • Do you deliver and is there a minimum order?

    Yes we do deliver (please see our delivery page for more information) and we have no minimum order.
  • Can I order online and collect in the shop?

    Yes indeed. We offer a click & collect service from our Herne Bay, Ramsgate and Dover shops. Simply select which you’d prefer and the collection slot and we’ll make sure it’s ready for you when you call in.
  • There's a meat I would like but it's not on your website, can you source this for me please?

    Give us a call and we'll do our best!
  • Why is there an odour when opening the packaging?

    Some of the meat will have been gas flushed which on opening will let off an eggy smell, this is quite normal and will disappear quickly.
  • Why has my red meat discoloured?

    Due to the ageing process sometimes used, red meat can discolour.  If the meat is vaccum packed it will have been starved or oxygen.  On opening it will return to it's red colouring.
  • Is your on-line payment system secure?

    Yes. No credit card details are held on this website and once you checkout you are securely transferred using the latest data encryption methods to our highly secure payment page, host by our payment provider, Elavon.
